Recently had problem with water pump so raised a complaint with Symphony. Symphony service partner has reached out to me for the same. Service partner number is +[protected]. He sent a technician to my home to solve water pump issue.
Technician no is[protected]. He came to my house on April 5, 2022, replaced water pump and Honey comb pad. He said water pump will have one year warranty. For this they have charged 2500/- rupees (950/- for water pump, 1250/- for honey comb pad and 300/- for visiting charges).
Paid over GPay and when I ask for bill details he said will over whats app.
Now within 20 days water pump is not working and as it is recently replaced it has warranty as well. I’ve reached above mentioned service partner +[protected] and he not responding properly even after multiple follow ups. And now both technician and service provider both kept phones in switched off mode.
