Sir, i have purchased symphony site air cooler, after 3 year it's motor failed, then i had made services request to symphony but from services center i had got a call in that services engineer informed to sent cooler to services center without any visit, after that i have made many complaints then after 1to 2month. I got service and in that services engineer have changed my cooler motor with blower fan due to he was not able to remove old blower as said by him, and ho charged for it 2600₹ for motor & 800 ₹ for blower fan where as in ur spare list it was of 2135₹ & 645₹ respectively so i have completed again then he had down price to 2450₹ & 740₹ which i had paid with extra service charge 400₹, after that he had fixed ordinary cooling pads (₹70) which worked very bad and through waterso i had complaint again and again but service engineer talked very badly with me, i want you to take proper action against him to make you company service reliable, details are as below for service center & my complaint no
