I ordered Disney Frozen cooler on 31st March 2023, worth rs 4999/-. With order ID #40912
They gave estimated delivery date on 11th April, today is 17th April till now product not delivered at all.
After calling order tracking number on 12 th April 2023,
they told that due to technical issues in transit you need to wait for 48 hours. So again i called on 14 th April same answer again as above.
One of the cc person is shouting in return to us that we need to wait till it is solved.
I made call again on 17th April same answer again, i don't know weather they deliver the product or not.
If i cancel the order now don't know wheather my amount will refund or not. i lost my money with this branded people advertising .
My sincere request to all the customer don't trust these people at all simply eating away all our hardcore money.
If you want to purchase, go to shop directly and purchase it. But not these company product they are not responding to us properly.
Ther are many complaints against these Symphony product.
If i would see this before i would never order a product, as i purchased this product for this first time from this company, and at all very much disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
