[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Defective cooler | |||||
I have brought cooler model storm i 100 from sant ac ludhiana. He has sent me a defective product. When i unpacked it the cooler was full of dust and no operational manual was there. I have made complaint on company number, dealer several times. Even i made requested for a demo. When i operated the cooler its swing function was not working properly. Thats why dealer has sold this defective product to me. I am astonished on the style of working of such a reputed company. I am making complaints since 06.05.2017 (Date of purchase) and there is nobody to bother. Please tell me buy should i do. From the last 10 days i am just making calls or lodging service requests. Symphony cooler was taken from the dealer and few days Cooler fan is not working as it was used not more than two to three times only so kindly check it out and get it sovled out as soon as possible thanks

I have purchased symphony air cooler hi cool I model on the date 10/05/2017 and bill no. is iv331418, from this date to within a week I have suffered twice with facing of pump failure twice. now the position of pump failure as it is after first service has been done with service no - BR-AJ-15E17012. Because of manufacturing defect in water pump again I am facing of improper cooling. I was re-called to customer care but all are lazy to provide satisfactory service. I think that is a problem in symphony product model hi cool I so, I request to you to replace me this model to new model, I am fully disagree with this model as well as symphony customer care service and sanket group too. you all are not taking care of customer sincerely. please solve this problem as earliest as possible otherwise I will not miss any opportunity to contact to consumer care department regards above all.
