I purchased symphony air cooler DEIT 35I-ROI on dated 8th may 2014. I have booked a complaint on 10th may 2014 & I got a sms from Symphony mentioning my complaint no. as ND-AT-10E14037 and also mentioned That Mr VIRENDER will attending my complaint within 24 hours. But he has not shown up so far, I have called him several times but he has shown no interest to attend my complaint when my product is within guarantee period. Again I register a complaint on 26th may 2014 as no. ND-AT-26E14006. today when i Callto virender a lady attend the call aNd said he is not here.Should I need to go to consumer forum to get the matter resolved ? Its not even a month since i bought this starcj product & i am regereting the decision big time, i am thinking about filing a legal consumer court case against Symphony...
