I purchased a symphony cooler on 2nd july 2021 after that it hd motor and pump problem since it is in warranty so i filed a complaint but no one visited. The authorized service centre of my city firozabad talked to very rudely and shouted on me on call +[protected] here is the number of that person the technician is also denying the service even when its in warranty i filed a complaint on 27 april 2022 and till now no one visited to solve the issue. And they talk very rudely to the customers this is the no.
