[Resolved]  Symphony Limited — Service Engineering not coming to repair newly purchased Symphony Cooler

I purchased a Symphony Cooler Diet 50i, and the cooling function stopped working. I lodged a complaint (DE-SA-5E17003) on May 5th, 2017. The service engineer has not yet arrived. No one from the Service center, Sam Service (R), Mobile No: [protected], contacted me yet. When I called their number, most of the times, it is either switched off or no one picks the phone. On two occasions, when they did pick up the phone, I did not get any definitive answer as to why they did not contact me and when the service engineer will come.

Purchased symphony lite 22ltr cooler in pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra on 19 april 2017 .
Problem-the drain plug broke off.
Please tell me from where I can get a drain plug for the same.
Srno-[protected] which the site is claiming to be invalid.
