We have purchased Hi cool 31L last year on 13 may2021. I hav registered a compaline around last saturday 25 or 26th march. your technician insisted to share billing details on whtsapp and said until and unless you dont send me bill details on my personal whtsapp number I shall not come. now its been 2 days and today you technician is saying other person will come to visit I am giving his number. Is the customer liable to do the co-ordination or symphony staff. His conversation with my mother on phone was too rude and now instaed of giving service they are behaving in this manner - You staff number - [protected]
