My name is Rajesh Kumar and I had registered a complaint Symphomy Customer CAre on 16th June, Thursday through service request no. ND[protected] for the non functioning of the motor pump and the swing button of the my Symphony Air Cooler. While registering my complaint I was told that the complaint will be attended in the next 24 to 48 hours. However it is really disappointing that today is the 5th day since I registered my complaint, but the technicians at Symphony are so busy that no technician has still come to attend to my complaint. Is this how Symphony wants to be the most preferred brand in India. I am sorry to say, if this is how you treat your customers' complaints, it will not be too long when customers will say to buying your products if this is how you attend to service requests. I would appreciate if your company and technicians take such feedback seriously and attend to my complaint i have been facing for the last 5 days. People from Symphony keep calling me to extend my warranty for two more years by paying 999. Is this how they give service to their customers even when the product is under warranty
I had bought this cooler on 24th August 2021, and hence it is still under warranty.
