I had bought this touch 110 cooler about a month ago. This has all the functions working properly except cooling. It is not able to cool properly my room for what it is made. My room has proper ventilation also but this fails to satisfy me on the level of its cooling. I have searched for this problem over internet and found many buyers facing the same problem. I want from the symphony management to take back my cooler and replace it with some other cooler model that has no problems of cooling.
