Worst experience ever, I have canceled my order with this company next day, still they ship my order and after I cancel my order they do not accept the return even if I have returned it before it reach my city. Nor they initiated the refund which is near about 10K. Do not place any order with this compnay their customer service is worst. I have lost my 10K. You can check the courier status with delhivery.com with tracking id[protected] or order id SYM[protected]. Also they do not have cancel option in their panel, if you call them they told you to mail the details and when you call them again they will say they do not received any mail. Do not place any online order by reading other reviews may be they have good experience in the past but now they have worst service. Was this information helpful? | |
