[Resolved] Symphony Limited — worst product symphony 70i | |||
I had puchased 1 symphony storm 70i room cooler from loyus electronics indore in march 2016. Whenever the cooler is kept idle for sometime the motor gets jammed. The company has already repaired the cooler twice. Once it has changed the motor also. Due to frequent breakdown earlier i had requested for change of model also but they denied the same and repired it. Now the motor has again jammed and unfortunately the motor is again jammed. I just wanted to ask had i purchased a cooler worth rs. 15000 for 1 yeat only. Is it the strategy of the company to repair the cooler as many times it gives problem during warranty, just to pass the warranty time. I know i am helpless due to expired warranty, but it is not expected from company like symphony to provide such products. Was this information helpful? | |||
