[Resolved] T 24 — T24-Bad customer service & deduction of amount without any info

Hi, i am using t24 simcard from last 2years, form last 10-15days 5 Rs is getting deducted as call cost for twice or thrice in a day whenever i connect to internet from my airtel simcard. if i call customer care they are telling that u have sent international SMS unfortunately from last 1 month i am not sending even a local SMS also. it is giving a very very bad service & looting customers like anything. the customer care people are least bothered to respond to our calls or queries, when i call them they will listen our query without giving solution or explaining what happened they are disconnecting the calls. It is a very very bad network provider in india. it is a black mark for all the service providers.

Without sending any message or doing any call 10 rupees deducted as call cost on 11th November 2013 b/w 4PM to 4:20PM.
even after explaining all the things to customer care people(mr. Vikram on November 6th).
After Mr. Vikram promised that amount will not be deducted without doing anything again amount deducted. So if this is not solved I will take necessary actions against your company.

Even After sending mail immediately to Ms. Priya regarding amount deduction no response, atleast they are least bothered to call the customer & check their problem to solve.

better if T24 network company is banned in India, At least customer's money will be saved.
