[Resolved] T 24 — T24-Bad customer service & deduction of amount without any info | |||
Hi, i am using t24 simcard from last 2years, form last 10-15days 5 Rs is getting deducted as call cost for twice or thrice in a day whenever i connect to internet from my airtel simcard. if i call customer care they are telling that u have sent international SMS unfortunately from last 1 month i am not sending even a local SMS also. it is giving a very very bad service & looting customers like anything. the customer care people are least bothered to respond to our calls or queries, when i call them they will listen our query without giving solution or explaining what happened they are disconnecting the calls. It is a very very bad network provider in india. it is a black mark for all the service providers. Was this information helpful? | |||
