Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — no power supply from the electric post — power supply has been lost from the main post

I have registered a complaint on[protected].10.30 am in the tneb office at karur regarding the sudden power supply disconnection from the main electric post to my service no.[protected] thanthoni malai section. I contacted daily the li (Thiru muniyappan cell no.[protected]) in charge and he will reply me "i will come in the evening". We are prepared to pay any expenses towards this work which has to be attended only by the tneb staff. We do not understand the problem behind this. Please do the needful at the earliest. My cell no.
