I had power failure from 9AM on 31/01/2021, after complaint a staff reported at 6.00pm and told neutral cut in cb line, next day I have given 40meters of 720 wire as demanded by them and connection was restored temporarily, as I'm unable to use three face I have given written complaint twice to the flower bazaar AE in person, despite my complaints and reminders it is not rectified till date.Nine days have passed, kindly do the needful immediately.
