I regret to submit the following few lines that the Complaint about disconnected the service number[protected]. On 01.04.2023 By seeing TANGEDCO app in mobile I saw that I have to pay Rs.2433/-. I didn't use the EB service as much. So I Went to TNEB office and gave complaint letter to rectify the problem. In office they said, Before three years when you change the meter the amount arise. I asked the amount is for meterbox or reading charge. They said me that they will check. But They said they can’t do anything and insisted me to pay the amount.
Then on 20th April, 2023 TNEB people Disconnected the sevice. After four days I gave online complaint. Then Disconnected service again reconnected by office people.
Then next two months after on 17/6/2023 again the EB people came home and cut the wire in up. On the day itself I went EB office and gave complaint to the assistant engineer she also said again I have to pay the same amount that is Rs.2433. The Reason they said is before 3 years meter changed in your house. That meter has bee checked by our higher official they only calculated Rs.2433/-. Then I asked mam you only gave reconnection to my house. Then why did you put penalty.
Now I am not having electricity supply. Please rectify the problem. Was this information helpful? |
