I understand from eb officials there was some problem in the meter, and immediately raised the complaint for that in the 1st week of jan 2020. Ref complaint id - [protected] - but without doing anything they raised bill on me with past payment which was higher in last one year. Again i have raised complaint but no revert and they closed the complaint simply without any solutions. Later they have changed the new meter in the month of feb only, and in next billing they have calculated with old average, but in the month of feb i have installed solar power, again my billing is coming about rs 8400, it shows complete negligence of tneb officials, would request the refund for my excess payment in last bill and correct the current billing.
