luggage charging for carrying laptops in bus

My company has provided me laptop for my official works and I regularly carry my laptop during my site visits to various places like salem, karur, cuddalore. conductor abusing

A government bus plying to chennai from vandavasi, stopped at the stop of poonammallee on 13/07/2013 at around 3:45, bus registration tn 09 8103 (supposedly vfrom vandavasi depot) and the conductor of the bus told only people travelling to koyambedu having re.4/- change can board the bus. He abused in a very uncivilised manner, using utmost foul language and pushing the ladies who had boarded down the footboard. I want some immediate action...

reservation success but no name in passenger list

I booked a eticket (Rs.301) on 8.3.13 from chennai to karur (bus no. 429UD) at 8.05 pm . Actually the bus start in chennai cmbt at 8.45 pm and they take printout of passenger list at 8.02 pm , so my name is missed in passenger list. they alloted my sheet to unreserved passenger. i picked up only in perungalathur only. the conductor checked my name in passenger list. it was missing and another passenger(unreserved passenger) hired in my sheet....

BUS CONDUCTOR

On 07.03.2013 I traveled from Arappalayam to Thiruparangunram through TN58 N1716 Govt city bus. My stop was came and come down from the bus, In same time conductor started the bus.So i asked to conductor" Why you ran(Start) the bus before i come down from the bus" ,And He acting raise his hand for hit & fight with me.

Pl. I am poor man. So i unable to take action. Pl. help anybody...

Here comes one more cheating story of our great tnstc refund not received. this is my pnr no. t3988091 for the ticket which i had booked for the journey of coimbatore till chennai cmbt and i had a change in the plan and cancelled the ticket but as usual like everyone i have not received the payment. please do the needful to give my money back or i may have to take a legal action on setc..

buses parked on road

Buses arriving from rural areas are parked on PH road in Arumbakkam creating havoc to the traffic in the morning hours. this must be stopped by authoritieso .the drivers park the bus on the road and go to the nearly tea shops for theis breakfast. Polices do not have the courage to take action because transport dept. do not respect polices as their union is strong.

I have seen many people complaints about SETC bus service about broken side door glass,bedbugs,broken seat,rude conductors & drivers,improper timings,etc.,

But on 26/7/2012,I happened to travel from bangalore to coimbatore,I usually prefer KSRTC as their service is far better than SETC.br...

The operation of buses from Chatram Bus Stand to Ponmalai/Ponmalaipatti via sethurampillai colony between 4 to 5 is not there. We request the authorities to operate a bus each to Ponmalai/ Ponmalaipatti vis Sethurampillai colony between 4:30 to 4:45pm in order to avoid footboarding traveling and unncessary incidents which may happen if it happens....
