I'm ( K . Ravichandran with the service no. # [protected] ) residing in pollachi paid my electricity bill on 21/12/2014 via. credit card and due to technical network errors, my payment got debited from my account. but the bill has not been generated. on 22/12/2014. i paid the bill using net banking facility. after few days, when i was checking their customer support page, it displays " recommended for refund " . i've been waiting nearly two weeks to get my refund amt. i couldn't able to contact them, because of no toll free no.s available in their site. i really don't know what to do other than complaining here. i want the technical team to resolve this issue by refunding the amt ASAP at your convenience . if they have not initiated for refund, then please make them to initiate .
