Tamilnadu Electricity Board (TNEB) — No power supply in one phase for 30 days

Dear Sir, My service No is[protected] at Chennai. There has been no power supply in one phase for the past 30 days and I have been complaining all these days to the concerned department (phone no; 1912 &[protected]. When I went today (13/02/15) to the Chennai, K K Nagar EB office to check the status of my complaint, I found that that the problem to be attended by OHT line group and told me to contact another office, but they not provided any phone or contact person Name..
