NON CANCELLATION OF POLICIES DESPITE REQUEST TO DO SO

Despite my request to cancel the policies the same have not been cancelled till date.

HARRASMENT BY COMPANY

As, I recd a call from TATA AIG to review accidental policy for 2 months on the cost of Rs.10/-, but when after 2 months, I called up for the cancellation they insist me to continue with lesser premium amount, even my lot of request he not cancelled my policy and keep it continue with a lesser premium, even after I am calling him for cancellation and a representative told me that he is taken the request and with in 2-3 days it will cancelled...

I got a call from your telemarketing team and was sold an insurance plan which i found suitable for my family.

The guys name was Gaurav and i confirmed number of times about the credit card EMI plan which he told me would be for 0% for 12 months and i just need to give the ref number
