Tata AIG Insurance — Claim settlement issue | |||||
I am holding Tata-aig Health Care policy no#hcp[protected]. Claim no#[protected] On 5th Jan'16 morning i got fall down in bathroom and was not able to stand or walk, so went to doctor and due to severe problem got admitted and done all the necessary checkup and got discharge on 8th evening. Then i have registered claim at TATA aig, and inform them all the case. SO they ask to registered under accidental case. After submitting all the document they ask me to provide narration report from doctor about incidence. so i request doctor for same, doctor has given this information on same discharge card. So now TATA AIG is not passing my claim stating that i have misrepresented the fact in request of addition document... After that even i have sent them letter from Treating doctor stating all the incidence on Hospital letter head and sign and stamp of doctor... Need your immediate help and support to fight with such fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
