Tata AIG Insurance — customer care rejects grievance mails.

My daughter is the beneficiary and insured under welsurance. I am the payee of the insurance policy. Twenty days in advance of the renewal date of the policy tata aig executive calls and compels customers to pay online. He cautions that the link sent in advance will not work later. After making payment the company does not send hard copy and only send soft copy. Many insurance companies are sending hard copies to the mailing address. It is safe to keep a hard copy in the house instead of asking the patient in the hospital to see online and give details. Think about critical injury. I wanted to write to tata aig customer care and the customer care rejects my emails saying it their organization policy. The message is: a customer mail flow rule created ny an admin at tataaig. Onmicrosoft.com has blocked your message. The company knows to collect payment in advance of 20 days but make organization policy to reject the grievance. It is time tata aig learns to tolerate feedbacks so that the company improves.

All Ready 4/5 time Complaint But Not Canceled my policy, please cancel my policy.policy no.[protected]/[protected]/01
Hello, port your policy when you claim this claim . Claim team demand amount for claim settle. If you not pay. They reject your policy and cancel your policy.
This is my personal experience.
I holding same plan . My claim settel by iffco tokio cashless. After discharge claim to tata the reject my clain. Given region froud case. But not given region what is fraud.
If my claim fraud how to pay my claim by iffco tokio policy.
My car insurance expires on last 27 th of July so last 5 days I can try for renewal but till at time no response of any company gui or agents I can call on company toll free no. But they don't take response any agents then how can they prints on policy that agents phones. No.
I tried to send my 7 documents more than 10 MB in one lot. But it was rejected.
Again I tried to send my all 7 documents in 3 phases :
phase 1 -3 documetns less than 10 MB
Phase 2- 2 documents less than 10 MB
Phase 2- 2 documents less than 10 MB

However all the 3 mails are returned back.
