Tata AIG Insurance — health insurance claim rejected | |||
My Name is Satyapal Yadav. My wife holding Tata Aig below Policy. 1. [protected] 02 TATA WELLSURANCE 2.[protected] TaTa Sickness Cash both policy is dual claim fix benefit. My hospital bill settle by Iffco tokio Health insurance cashless. As per my tata aig both policy benefit I send document for claim. My one claim tata wellsurance is settle as per plan. But my tata sickness cash is rejected by claim officer Mr. Dhiraj Mhatre. Given region CONCEALMENT OR FRAUD: The entire Policy/ Certificate of Insurance will be void if, whether before or after a loss, You have, related to this insurance: A. intentionally or recklessly or otherwise concealed, not disclosed or misrepresented what we consider to be any material fact or circumstance; B. engaged in what we consider to be fraudulent, dishonest or deceitful conduct; or C. made false statements. Due to this they cancel my 3 policy. Further, your Policies bearing number - [protected], [protected] and [protected] stands cancelled on our records. For your information only 2 policy is guddi Yadav. 1 policy is satyapal Yadav First I want to know how to cancel my policy. And also reply me what is fraud in this claim. Because I not pay claim settlement amount due to reject my claim ? If my claim fraud how to cashless approve by iffco tokio and also tata aig wellsurance pay me as per policy benefit. I know some one call me your end and demand for rs 5000 for settle this claim. But I not accept . due to reject my claim. You can enquiry your claim officer Mr. Dhiraj and ask what is fraud in this claim. I holding 2 policy this is fraud ? If this if fraud as time of buy policy I already inform you team I already holding a policy but they inform me both policy is dual claim benefit. You can buy and take benefit. Your surveyor Karan ahuja navsari. Not done proper survey. 1 st day he say me your back bumpper is not cover in flame. And after 4 days he say me your front bumper also not cover in clame. What is this... Plz call me or contact me [protected]
