Tata AIG Insurance — i have registered my claim on 4th of dec and survey is not done yet | |||
I have registered a claim on 4th of dec and survey is not done yet. The customer support staff told me, sir today definitely you'll get a call from surveyer, but this today is passed daily for last 3 days. Poor supporting staff to resolve the problem. The company policy says, you'll get a survey in next 48 hours but passed 76 hours almost. Every time customer care says today definitely you'll get a call from the concern department, but all are #. Never insured your vehicle's by tata aig. Worst insurance company i have ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
