[Resolved] Tata Aig — Non receipt of Premium Payment as well as Policy Document | |
Dear Executive,
My Policy TATA AIG Policy Policy Number is [protected].
On 26th Mar 2014, I have renewed my Car Insurance before expiring the previous policy using IVR Credit Card payment option on receiving call from Tata-AIG personnel.
But, so far I have not received any SMS / Email regarding the receipt of my payment as well Soft Copy of Policy documents.
I have registered a complaint on Tata-AIG portal and above that I have called 6-7 times to Customer care.
Every time, I get a response that our Service Team is working on it.
I am not able to take out my vehicle.
Hope, this complaint will resolve my issue at the earliest.
