Had placed a pre paid order on the 17th of Jan ( order id[protected]. I got a message (over whatsapp and SMS) on Friday 21st Jan saying my order has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. However, my order status shows ‘delivered’ when it clearly hasn’t been delivered. (App states the order was delivered on the same day as me placing the order which is just impossible) I raised a complaint through their help line number yesterday but haven’t even received a confirmation email on the same (they are infact deliverately avoiding sending me an email, on calls they say they can see a complaint email but when i ask them to send to another id or reforward they state that it will take 48 hours to do so) . I just had a conversation with one of their support executives who helped me with my complaint ID (mail still not received[protected]
The customer care team has been stalling and no resolution is being provided whatsover.
My order was paid for in advance and they are now refusing to refund my amount.
