I have received my bill with Rs. 107231/- which is very high, all charges are for internet international roaming for few hours, which is not bearable . I am 3 year old customer with track record of payments and billing which comes in between[protected] not more than that ., i have used only internet for some time when i was in Dubai for business purpose, how come the bill this much please give clarification, when i went for international calling activation to tata gallery two or three days prior to trip, it should be explained clearly how to use international roaming calls and internet usage which was not given.
If India Planning to grow with economy and telecom companies are charging this much for use of internet for few minutes for business purpose, how India will grow with their future plans. We plan for higher as exports from India, this way how exporter will plan for business trip and calls and usage of internet for business purpose.
Request you to reverse the 98000/- charges charged for international internet roaming and activate my phone. I am having all work on mobile where as my mobile is off from last 11 plus days, kindly activate my phone and reverse the charges at the earliest to continue with the services, my work is held stop, my all work is on phone. I had loss of Rs. 2 lacs till now who will bear this loss, tata will loose customer and regular business income for lifetime and with negative image on customers. We trust on TATA rather than Reliance becoz TATA is brand, TATA is trust for us.
USA & other countries are focusing on how to reduce the costing for all means of communication for business so that take a step ahead towards nation economy growth.
Hope my complaint will be look into matter by honorable peoples, ministers, senior authorities and people kept for consumer grievances.
I have my reliance number for 8 years i never faced this kind of problems and phone was disconnected before intimation to customers. My limit is 6700/- how cum this can be crossed at any point of time, it means tata is misusing the customers trip as per their convienance they are charging and setting limits, where i was ter was no connectivity of internet so how can i use internet there,
Please reverse the charges
