I had submitted my cancellation request on 29th Sep 2013 with Service request number[protected]. I have fulfilled the necessary process and submitted my photo id and closure request to Tata outlet at Fathegunj at Vadodara. I have also attended calls and asked for closure of the account. Despite that the company has been generating bills till date to me and after several emails requesting them to close the account have not closed the account. The company staff keeps on calling me all the time and harasses me, asking to pay while I have not used the services nor have the device.
Prior to this also they have done similar thing and then threatened me too. I want their calls to stop and as a customer have the right to close my account. I work with Smart Campaign which is a global initiative towards protection clients rights in microfinance and Head India Operations. If I cannot help myself, how do I help the poor clients. I want justice and some punishment for the company so that they don't repeat this with any other client. They need to improve their practices .
