SIR, MY NET IS NOT WORKING FROM 7TH NOV FRIDAY 4PM. I CALLED THE LOCAL TATA BROADBAND GUY OF OUR AREA & WAS INFORMED THAT THE SERVER IS DOWN & CONNECTION WILL BE RESTORED ON SATURDAY 8TH NOV BY 4PM. SO THAT’S WHY I DID NOT LODGE A COMPALINT.
WHEN ON MONDAY NOTHING WAS DONE, I LODGED THE COMPLAIN WITH YOU.
I AM SO DISTRESSED THAT BEING ASSOCIATED WITH A TATA CONNECTION, ITS ALREADY 4 DAYS BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN YET.
OUR WHOLE WORKING HAS COLLAPSED AS OUR BUSINESS IS BASED ON MULTIMEDIA .
IN THIS COMPETITIVE WORLD, THIS TYPE OF INACTION SPEAKS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE TO US.
