[Resolved]  Tata Consultancy Services — IRCTC Refund

I have booked a ticket on 13th May, 2014 for 2nd May, 2014 for 2 passengers(1 senior citizen+ 1 adult)in ANGA EXPRESS (12254)from Asansol to Yeshvantpur which cost me 2860.0+Internet service.
But when I have cancelled that ticket on 30th june I got back only 2040rupess. I don't know why 840 rupees got deducted.Though the chart is not prepared and there is 40 hrs still left to start the train.
Any one can give any explanantion for this..
as per irctc rule cancellation fee is 90 rs.then why 840 got deducted.
