[Resolved] Tata Docomo — 2G internet speed is too slow | |||
dear Sir/madam, My no.[protected] i am activated 247 pack for 60day i have got 3gb 2G data. it is very slow .2g data speed 3-6kb/s. even at morning, internet speed is too slow browsing and downloading. although network signal is properly work 100%.and no handset issue. using micromax a120. default APN: TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET so please help in problem . and. i call in tata docomo call center but they can not give me properly answer. so please. help me. We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that for 3G slow speed you need to delete cookies, cache memory, temporary files and browsing history from your mobile handset and to get the better speed of the internet.
Further, reset your handset and select the network operator manually as UMTS / WCDMA / DUAL mode by going to the network settings option. However, If you still face the same problem I request you to kindly revert us with the for further proceedings.
You also have an option for setting the GPRS settings from your handset. You just have to type INTERNET and send to 52270.
For further assistance you can also write a mail to us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
