Tata Docomo — Abusive salesperson and faulty device | |||
I purchased tata photon device on 28/may 2015.through corporate connection.since then it has not worked. The sales person mr chetan who visits emcure pharmaceuticals in pune was very very abusive . I tried calling customer care every time but they say this [protected] is the number and when I dial they say it's not the number. I mailed and the complaint number is 793276. But I never heard anything on this. The device never worked till today and I am continuously getting bills. Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||
