[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Active order exist error | |||||
Hello sir/madam, I am uninor prepaid customer since last four months and before uninor i was customer of tata docomo postpaid, my number is [protected]. Now, i have to port my number with airtel but while porting active order exist error is occurred and to that my request goes in suspension state then it gets canceled. So i am unable to port my number.in the error it is mentioned that tata docomo bill amount rs 432/- is not paid by the customer. But i have paid last bill amount 432/- on 17th june 2016 and there is no out standing. I have visited tata docomo store several times they also saying there is no outstanding. Then why this error is occurred. Kindly give me justice. I am attaching the photographs which shows i have paid all the bills. Thanking you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
