[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Asking to pay dues even though NO network is provided in my locality from past 1.5 months

I am a customer of Tata Photon from past 5 years. In past 1.5 months there is NO network in my area (Jambusavari Dinne, J P Nagar 8th Phase Bangalore) I raised a complaint for the same. Complaint numbers[protected] and[protected] raised on Nov 3rd .They inspected and agreed that issue is with Tata Photon network. In unlimited plan I could just use 1.5 GB in past 1.5 months. That shows how much poor network is there. There are frequent network disconnection. Later I came to know that they have removed network site in my area due to low users. A new network site may come up after xxxx months. Hence I raised a complaint to disconnect on Nov 5th[protected]. Tata Docomo disconnected on Nov 21st (after 2+ weeks). They started questioning my building material, site, indoor coverage etc but did not answer why the issue occurred in past 1.5 months when i am using from past 5 years. They have responded inappropriately to my mails. Meanwhile my bill was generated based on billing cycle (4th of every month). Now Tata Docomo is asking me to pay the bill. Why should I pay the bill when the issue is with Tata Photon? Why should I pay the bill when there is NO network? Many representatives agree that issue with Tata Photon and I need not pay any due but still they keep mailing/ calling and messaging to pay bill. Even appellate authority questioning my building without inspecting there own network is ridiculous. They are just fooling customers by marketing and harassing customer by providing improper service and demanding money.
