Tata Docomo — Bad network | |||
Hi, I purchased Tata Photon Max in May, however the connectivity is very bad. I have called your customer care lot of times and once an engineer also came. Still the connection is either too slow or down( Like on 16th June, no network for entire day) . I have all my work dependant on internet connection. Please look into this asap, and ask your customer care to be more efficient in terms of query resolution. My tata number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
