[Resolved] Tata Docomo — BALANCE DEDUCTED TWICE FOR ONE STV ACTIVATION | |||
Dear sir, My name is MURALI KRISHNA T (Ph no.[protected]) and my mother is using TATA DOCOMO network ([protected]). When i tried to activate STV63 pack through calling 52222(IVR) it was asking me to press 9 to conform the activation, then i pressed 9 and after 10 seconds it said that "SORRY WE HAVE NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU" and call got disconnect. after 2 minuts i did the same process and got same response.Then i checked the balance and i got to know that balance has deducted twice.Then i tried to contact customer care service, but not connected.Then i called from my docomo number [protected] and told the same story, they replied me "WE WILL NOT REFUND THE DEDUCTED AMOUNT" 1. HOW THEY ACTIVATED SAME STV PACK TWICE? 2. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER FOR THEIR IVR MISTAKE? I HAVE RECORDED PROOF, IF THEY WANT I CAN PROVE WHAT HAPPENED EXACTLY. I need u to take some serious action regarding this service provider whose cheating many innocent people like this. Contact to my number [protected] as my mother cann't communicate with them. the problem has been solved.
They have returned back my balance as they deducted twice for one stv pack. Tata Docomo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
