[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance deduction

I called to customer care today for unatorised balance deduction of rs 77 during today call
Your executive gaurav kumar said while ur calls suddenly reliance network catches and thats why your whole balance was deducted and that is not our falut
What rubbish is this
Is this my fault??
And he said he is not going to refund my balance at any cost and refuse to give any reference no
Please do the needfull as soon as possible

If i go to consumer court u have to pay much more amount for mental harasment and breach of trust of customer. So i request to tata docomo to take any action by today evening.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that your balance of 66.90/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on[protected] at 09:37AM used 36207KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.66.90/- has been already credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 01-JUL-2016 at 02:25PM. Hence, there is no discrepancy on your account.

I am complaining for balance deduction of rs 77 on 22 aug 2016 for unnecessory deduction and u are reverting about the previous complaint
