Tata Docomo — Billing even after cancellation request / suspension of services

Dear Sir Ref : Tata photo No: . [protected] I purchased a tata photon dongle, paying upfront for a period of 3 months. And i had requested for cancellation of the dongle after the e said period. I receive SMS ( in june) stating that my services will be discontinued unless i pay an amount of 193 Rs. . Subsequently services were discontinue on my dongle, and i am now receiving a bill of Rs 1000+, even after services were suspended ! I am unable to register a complain at Tata official website, as transaction does not complete. I kindly request TATA Photon to cancel my number with immediate effect. Also, please provide a customer care email id, so complaints can be registered by email.
