Tata Docomo — Billing problem | |||
I am using tata photon for last 3 years with an advance rental plan of 1 year with 6 gb monthly un-limited costing me rs 6000/- a year. When my subscription expired in march it was converted to monthly plan of rs-1093. I was not informed or received the call for the same. But previously 3 yrs i was getting a call on renew the account. Now when i spoke to one of the representative about this they informed me that i will be given a discount of rs500 for the present bill and yearly plan will be starting from the next billing. Now again i received a bill of rs 1093. I am continuously following with them since may 9th 2016 for the same. Now they have barred my services for the same. One of the senior executive had promised to look as she found that there was not proper communication given from their end after looking in to the logs. Was this information helpful? | |||
