[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cancellation and Deactivation of Tata Docomo No. [protected] | |||
Recently a TATA DOCOMO representative Sumit Roy called me to replace my existing tata photon plus with TATA wi-fi max data card. In doing so, he said that he give me a free tata docomo sim. He said I can use it for one month free of cost and then he will de-activate it. I will not be charged as Rs 500 free local calls provided. In spite of that, I didn't even use that sim and totally forgot about it. You can see there was no usage from my side. Now that I received a bill, I was surprised. Now when I try to call Sumit Roy, it says the number (+91-[protected]) does not exists. Then I received another alternate number of Sumit Roy from another tata docomo employee. When I call him to this number (+91-[protected]), he disconnects the number once he finds out it's me. Now I want to deactivate the sim. But all my efforts haven't been successful. I called them, mailed them; but every time they say the sim has been cancelled. Next day when I call to verify, they say the sim is still active. I am totally clueless what to do.
