[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Charged for an unintended SMS | |||
I'm getting charged Rs.5/message twice whenever I restart my SONY XPERIA P or if i reinsert my DOCOMO SIM. The customer care agent has been least helpful. This has become very irritating, I have already lost around Rs.30 in two days and I want this to immediately resolved or DOCOMO can take back its SIM. I don't need to hear any excuses about the SIM or my phone. I need this problem to be resolved and I want a specific procedure for it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its 22nd and my problem has still not been resolved.
