Tata Docomo — Charged for AT&T Toll Free no. 000117 | |||
I was am using a Tata Docomo Prepaid connection. I need to make AT&T audio teleconferencing calls. AT&T no. 000117 is a toll free number. However, I was being charged for the calls made to this number and the charges are more than the local charge rates. Even When I tried to reach Tata Docomo Customer care on the issue. They completely denied this number to be toll-free number and made abusive comments on call when asked what needs to be done as I know this number is toll free number. Can anyone tell what need full to be done. I have been using bsnl prepaid from last 5 years. Using At&t for more than a year, I have not been charged single rupee. Was this information helpful? | |||
