Tata Docomo — Cheating by tata broadband | |||||
Hi, My name is satyashil My account number[protected] and mob [protected] I had booked the Tata Broadband connection on[protected], with a payment of SIX Months Advance rental OF Rs. 6700/=. I was promised FOR the continuous internet. I am facing so many problems, first they did not provide internet for 15 days and even they are not giving my money back. they said you have to use this connection for month six you can not discontinued if you then they will not give any kind of refund. Daily I am facing problem of internet, internet comes and goes frequently, its very hectic for me and irritating, I informed tata DoCoMo executives I need continuous internet but they are least bother.
