[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — complaint against Fraud bills, Tata Photon Plus customer service and billing.

I am here to make complaint against Fraud bills, Tata Photon Plus customer service and billing. Myself Chandrakant Dandekar, Photon plus account number as below Account No.:[protected] Photon plus No.: [protected] Customer Name: Chandrakant Dandekar Location: Mumbai Contact Number: [protected]. Brought a Tata Photon plus postpaid connection on dated 30/11/2013 from Mr. Amol Shere ([protected]) with plan 2GB unlimited @Rs. 350/- as said by Amol Shere. I have started using Photon plus from 06/12/2013 but on 10/12/2013 I received mail regarding outstanding of bill amount Rs.122/- (Bill period 05/11/13 to 04/12/13). I paid Rs.122/- against bill payment that also without receiving instrument. Later I started using same photon on 6/12/2013 to 20/12/2013 with 978MB data usage on that I have received bill for the month of Dec’13 amount Rs.730/- bill period (05/12/13 to 04/01/14) on dated 09/01/2014 which was informed to Mr.Amol shere as per his commitment he advised to change plan but due to their wrong billing and services, hence I stopped using the data card from that with the full and final settlement of Rs.400/- on date 17/01/2014 (transaction number is MEPG[protected]) and remaining amount will be waived off as said by Mr. Amol Shere. On the same date I requested to Mr.Amol Shere to convert this connection to prepay but he didn’t took any action it. I sent cancellation mail on 20/01/2014 to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. But there were no response TATA people on the same. An executive call me for the balance payment outstanding every month, executive told me that there is payment left of 1500.00 something. I said that I have settled down and paid the payment. Hence there is no payment left from my side. Again Tata asked me to clear my outstanding payments. After each and every follow-ups with Mr.Amol Shere and TATA People harassing by calling for the same reason. After some month again I received the call and asking for the same balance payment. Again some people from the billing department called me up and asked me to make the payment. And several times several peoples call me back regarding the same reason of making payment and as I told them about the whole thing. Again today 26/06/2014 I got call from Ms. Prachi [protected] saying that do the payment else they will file case against me for the not paying due of Rs.1500/- It’s my request to consumer forum to take necessary action against TATA Photon people mainly Mr.Amol Shere who is denying to solve this issue.
