[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Complaint against Tata Photon Max

Dear Sir/Madam, I’m the Tata photon plus user my Tata photon no. is [protected] . I’m using 30gb Data Plan. Its been a month I've been calling to your customer care number and talking to their executives but my issues has not been resolved yet. Issues are as follows: Slow Speed Connection, I used to get 400kbps transfer rate and around 3Mbps + surfing rate. Now I’m getting 30kbps of transfer rate and 0.49Mbps surfing rate. My devices keep disconnecting from the internet due to some technical problem or might be device problem. I’ve tried to register my complaint regarding the above mentioned issues many a times but issues has not been resolved yet. Your customer care executives are not ready to register my complaint, they don’t provide me any complaint no. or reference no. regarding my complaints so that I can track my complaint or do the follow ups. I feel so harassed as most of my work is via internet only. I've been paying Rs. 1500/month on your poor services. Kindly resolve the issues ASAP.
