[Resolved] Tata Docomo — De-activation of Tata Photon Plus data card account | |||
I am not using my photon plus since from the past 5 months. I have paid all pending bills and asked them to terminate my account. But they have not de-activated and still sending me the bills. I have called customer care and even dropped mails to De-activate but still no response. I want my Tata photon plus account to be terminated (deactivated, disconnected) at the earliest. As per the discussion over the call on your number. We would like to inform you that we have registered your request regarding cancellation with docket number:[protected].
Please save your docket numbers in case of any requirement for reference.
We would like to inform you that
i.The outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours.
ii.Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and the billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered.
iii.Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 585/-.
iv.The number will get permanently disconnected within 15 days.
v.Your billing cycle is 07th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection.
