[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Despite payment of Rs 350 on 26th December 2014 the same has not been credited.

Dear Madam/Sir, This is to inform you that I had made a payment of Rs 350 for recharging my Tata Docomo Dongle bearing No [protected] on 26th December 2014.But the same has not been credited to my account. Despite my complain in your format the same has not been addressed nor redressed so far . Three days have passed but nothing has been done as yet. I am a Professor in law and such inconvenience has put me into lot of harassment and difficulty. If the same is not redressed, I will be forced to take legal action. Regards. As per the telephonic conversation over the call, we would like to inform you that if the recharge is a failure then the same will be refunded within 7 working days. However, we have forwarded your concern to the respective department and will revert to you shortly.
