Dear Madam/Sir, This is to inform you that I had made a payment of Rs 350 for recharging my Tata Docomo Dongle bearing No [protected] on 26th December 2014.But the same has not been credited to my account. Despite my complain in your format the same has not been addressed nor redressed so far . Three days have passed but nothing has been done as yet. I am a Professor in law and such inconvenience has put me into lot of harassment and difficulty. If the same is not redressed, I will be forced to take legal action. Regards. This is with reference to your complaint regarding recharge concern for your Tata Photon number. At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
As per the telephonic conversation over the call, we would like to inform you that if the recharge is a failure then the same will be refunded within 7 working days. However, we have forwarded your concern to the respective department and will revert to you shortly.
