[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Doing fraud to customers | |||
My photon no-[protected], My registered mobile no-[protected]. I purchased a tata photon maxi wifi from your e shop (www.tatadocomo.com). It was delivered after 2 days to my office address. After 3 days it got activated and I got an msg from docomo, u can plug and use it. While I plugging the device to my laptop it was not detecting at all. Then I complained to customer service and they send a technician from other agency, He also plugged it to my laptop and telling that it is a defective product, He told that it will be replaced and given a DOA Certificate- DOA no[protected]. I asked that guy where I can replace it. He told that you can go to any tata docomo outlet for replacement. I also got a mail from [protected]@tatadocomo.com telling that you can go to nearest outlet for replacement. Next day I went to 2 of your outlets in chennai, they told that it was not issued by us you purchased from online go and speak with online team. I called to customer service people they given e-shop they given some e-shop toll free no[protected]. Next I called to that phone no but it only says for any other related queries please visit of our website www.tatadocomo.com. Then again I called to these toll free no’s[protected] and[protected], they told that you have to call e-shop toll free no only. I wasted 2049 Rs money, my time and my energy for purchasing these product from online.
