[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Excess Bill payment amount not adjusted | |||
I am a TATA PHOTON CUSTOMER .NO.[protected].My monthly Bill Rs. 1067.00 paying on due date by online . In the month of Jan 2014 ie on 13/01/2014 I have paid Bill amount Rs 1067.00 twice inadvertently .I had bring to the notice of the company about the subject double payment several times, but they denied and saying that one payment transaction is rejected.but amount debited from my saving bank account twice Rs. 1067.on the same date ie 13/01/2014 I had approached to local office of TATA DOCOMO AT JAIPUR and show them the statement of my S B account .They have forwarded the up to date statement to their customer care centre ..but I regret to say that the matter is not resolved till the date ... As per our discussion over call, we would like to inform you that a complaint was already registered with service request number[protected] on 1st Apr 2014 and post reviewing the same, it has been found that the payment of Rs. 1067 with transaction ID: MCND[protected] was a failure transaction and hence you were kindly requested to get in contact with the Bank for further information regarding the debited amount as the reversal of the same is not applicable from our end.
However, we kindly request you to share the bank statement from 13th Jan 2014 to 3rd Jul 2014 in JPEG or PDF format, so that we may be able to resolve your issue accordingly.
For further assistance we request you to write a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
